half way to my vacation thailand

here I am half way to my vacation. We are in Chang Mai, and we still envron further 11 days. Overall, it rains at night, and very infrequently in day since September 15, in the north and issaan. What is pleasant.
Since I am in Thailand, I would have re done a little diving. So I’d like to know if some of you are now in the south to tell me if it’s feasible. A French Chiang Mai told me that a week ago Koh Tao was to the “soup” in the water. I hope that this period it is the corner that would ensure the better.
Another question: how to know if the boats to koh chang and koh muk koh kood work currently testing a hand there?
